Joseph Fitch, BS 

FFS's founder has a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science from the University at Buffalo.  He has been in the fitness business for over 25+ years.

Creating a fitness business to meet the needs of any individual with the implementation of creative group classes and specialized personal training is my motivation.  Not only do I want to continue to practice my skill in the fitness business in helping others, I also want to teach other trainers to utilize my facility to meet their client's needs.  Having a strong fitness team to help the community is the sole priority on the establishment."  - Joe F.

Kaitlyn Galante, BS/MS 

Kaitlyn is a health and wellness professional who works with individuals to help them realize their full potential to live healthier, better lives. She has spent nearly a decade working in a variety of environments like fitness centers, grocery stores, and online, to educate people about the value of physical well-being, the impacts of nutrition, and the benefits of positive support systems.

Kaitlyn holds a combined BS/MS degree in Exercise & Nutrition Science from the University at Buffalo and has a passion for leading an active and healthy lifestyle.  Her experience in dance and theater drew her to Zumba Fitness, and she has been a ZIN member since becoming certified in 2011.  In 2017, she added a certification in Beachbody’s CORE DE FORCE Live, and she remains committed to leading by example in her personal transformation and helping people find what makes them passionate about their own health!

Jaclyn Sainsbury

Jaclyn has been a dancer since the age of 4. After high school she joined the Buffalo Destroyers Dance Team for 2 years and then joined the Buffalo Bandits Dance Team then eventually became the coach for 5 years. After having my her child, she was searching for a good workout routine to help get her back in shape and came across Booty Barre. She was able to become certified a month later and loves the combination of dance, pilates, and yoga that tones, defines and continues to chisel my body. The best part of this workout is that you do not need any dance experience to participate. It is great for all levels, so come join us!!
